Mail orders and returns

Shopping online made easy for our valued customers. We offer contactless service for all our New Zealand and Australian customers.

Please note that our shipping rates are an estimate only and may change without notice.

$12 flat rate shipping fee within New Zealand for standard size parcels.
$6 extra for rural deliveries.

$35 flat rate shipping fee to Australia for standard size parcels.

Due to rising postal prices, larger parcels may incur extra shipping fees.

All New Zealand parcels are shipped with Aramex.

Orders are generally delivered within normal business hours and we recommend you have your parcel delivered to an address where there will be someone available to receive the parcel and not instruct the courier to leave your parcel unattended.

We are unable to post to a PO BOX address.

Orders placed on a weekend or Statutory holiday will be shipped on the next available working day.

If you have any questions about placing an order with us, please do not hesitate to give our friendly team a call. We are here to help. Usually delivery is within 2 working days of the parcel having been shipped by us, delays may happen with rural deliveries. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of being shipped, please give us a call.

If there are special delivery instructions, please ensure you add delivery notes to your order. If you are not going to be home, we advise delivery to your work address. We highly recommend not instructing the courier to leave your parcel unattended.

If you’re not happy with your recent purchase, let us know as soon as possible.

We will not accept returns without prior communication.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (as per tracking advise) either via email or phone, if you would like to exchange or return your items purchased.

Please note that after 7 days of receipt of goods, all sales are final.

Returned goods must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original tags and packaging included.

We will not be able to accept returns when:

*The items have been worn.

*The items have been damaged after purchase.

*The items were discounted or on Sale at the time of purchase.

*The return is outside the 7 day timeframe without timely communication.

*The items have been purchased with a store credit.

*The customer is unable to provide proof of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect items

A faulty item can be exchanged or returned for a refund of the purchasing price. We must be advised of faulty garments within 7 days of the customer receiving the item (as per tracking advise). We will do our best to redeem the situation under the consumers act by offering either a replacement, repair or refund of the faulty garment.

Items that are damaged as a result of reasonable wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

We will repair, replace or refund if you contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item (as per tracking advice).

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.

All SALE, discounted and or clearance sales are final. No returns, refunds or store-credit given. Please choose carefully to avoid disappointment.

For hygiene reasons we will not exchange any jewellery, fascinators or hats.

Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc.) cannot be refunded.

The cost of delivery for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

A further delivery charge payment will be required for re -sending the exchange.

We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the status of your exchange or refund.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.
